OUR VISION
The North Park Community Development Corporation, located in Long Beach, New York was established in August 2019. This coastal community has an estimated population of 33,000.
The mission of the North Park Community Corporation is to empower and provide affordable housing to low- and moderate-income individuals and families in Long Beach, New York, and greater Long Island.
Our Corporation seeks to serve as a first-time homebuyer program to help maintain our community and promote homeownership.
THE GOALS:

Increase the availability of quality housing to people of diverse incomes.

Enhance the delivery of social services, particularly to the homeless, elderly, families, and children.

Foster economic development and revitalization.

Enhance educational and developmental opportunities for youth.

Build community capacity through civic engagement.
